Mr. Carl Stewart was more than a beloved family member — he was a pillar of strength, tradition, and vision. His influence runs deep within our family and the very foundation of Robertson’s Vieux Carré Lounge. He wasn’t just part of our story — he helped write it.
Carl brought wisdom, warmth, and a sense of pride to everything he touched. His presence was magnetic — whether he was offering a word of advice, sharing a laugh, or simply holding space for others to be themselves. At Robertson’s, he was monumental — not only in shaping the culture and spirit of our lounge, but in making it a place where generations felt welcomed, seen, and celebrated.
Though he may no longer be with us physically, his spirit lives on in every corner of the lounge — in the music, the laughter, the togetherness, and the love that fills the room. We feel him in the rhythm of the weekend DJs, in the energy of the crowd, and in every warm "hello" between friends and family.
Mr. Carl Stewart is missed deeply, but his legacy continues to guide us. His values, his presence, and his love are still with us — and always will be.
